I love the house! I hate the pictures of the horses! Not my thing but it appears home owners like them
7:39 I feel like we have seen those light fixtures in every HGTV house. That trend is over—find something else. Also, why would you give them white fabric-covered dining room chairs when they’ve got little kids and want to have more? Those chairs will be lucky to survive a year—I hope they Scotchgarded them. Lastly, the paint color in the library is way too dark. It’s going to absorb all of the light, leading to eyestrain. I’m glad the couple likes it, but it seems impractical.
Garage room needs plants. Why not a screened in front porch to keep bugs out? Who pays to heat/ cool this open concept idea?

The new room looks really nice. I just hope they put some insulation in there? And a heating system? They did not mention it in this clip.

The library is supposed to be a family gathering room with………just 2 chairs!!! A place where friends can hangout but there is only 2 chairs!! For me it was more a study place, I don't see more than 2 child there without parents but beside that I really did like the house.
With that budget, sell the house build new or buy new you'll get bigger house, tearing down reno costs double than build new.
Wonder what 'Hobo' would look like, maybe hoarder look?

What is CLASSIC is that they piss me off by posting a flag after EVERY renovation when the people who live in the hose NEVER asked for a flag. They must be TRUMPTURDS.
I think behind that wooden sliding door next to the dining table there is a new laundry room. In the scene where they install the door you can see a bit. You can see the real door that leads to the former garage in a lot of other scenes. It is always open. I don't like the fact, that they are trying to make everyone who sees the video believe that the sliding door is the actual door to the room.
