I hate these peoples flips…. penny pinching when they could've spend a few extra and done it right. Sold for 780 bought for 450, guess they didn't have enough money in their 330k profit margin.
Their costs for remodels are not for quality. He does most the work not sure what she adds. That kitchen really sucks. No insulation in the ceiling how does someone expect to keep that house comfortable? He needs to go out on his own with a better designer.

They have the room for another window in the kitchen. They should get rid of all the uppers by the outside wall, put in a window and some open shelving to make it seem wider.

The kitchen looks small because of the dark fixtures. They could've opened it up with that wall there instead leaving a narrow hall space. And the backsplash doesn't help either. Looks cheap.

I am sick of this nonsense show. They are divorced and in it for the money. A Melania and Donny-boy disaster.
I'd like to know the thought process behind putting in all dark grey cabinets in a small, galley style kitchen. What were they thinking?!?! I mean, that house was going to sell no matter what, but they could have at least put in shiny white uppers, which would have made a world of difference.
With so many people working from home, making that fourth bedroom into an office was a good idea. Crazy price!!!! One thing is for sure – the neighbors are happy. Having that eyesore cleaned up definitely drove up the value of neighboring homes.
I can not believe how much they originally paid for that house…. It would almost be a tear down in west Michigan

I did never understand how she always says 50/50 he works the hardest and she sulks when she doesnt get her own way. I know they broke up etc but I hope he works on his own now cause he deserves it.
