Cute and small is 700k in Cali, don't forget tax and taxes.
Burn the neighbor’s house down
They were lucky to have a buyer take a chance because that retaining wall and horrible “neighbor” yikes!!!
Nice remodel. Staging could have been better.
Thank you Tarik for having this program to help others make a living doing what you do!
Por qué monpusiwron algo verde sobre el muro
every time they say small I freak out! I live in a comfortable 60m2 house X)
a misleading description of the video content
That "wall" is really horrible
Pros with wisdom defines real value and quality of work..
I don't have a clue.. Are people in LA generally paid loads more than other parts of America to afford a house at that price..? Maybe its all relative…
price is insane bubble poppo plz
Never would have moved into that place and who wants to rent a place in their backyard?
This was not a 'maximising space' in a small house video. It was an 'add on to your house' video. Even having done that there were some things that perplexed me. The kitchen was tiny for a three bedroom house and its storage was seriously lacking. Kitchens function so much better with more drawer storage and less cupboards. A pantry is essential. There was also only one living space and it was too small for a three bedroom home. And why put in such short and shallow baths?
3 bedroom 1200 sq ft goes for 1.4 mill here
