From my own understanding, you need to invest wisely, if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $470k in raw profits from just q4 of the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy. mutual funds takes a while but investing wisely is the key for short term. Most of us pay more attention to the easy position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

What an amazing transformation! I love the pops of original dark wood. The artwork on the walls, though, is hideous, a shocking departure from the tastefulness of the rest of the decor.

The ratio of money spent to the sales price is out of wack, except if salaries and other overheads are included in the $232k. To make a profit of 30% on $232k, the selling price should be $300k. That is a fair profit.
I find that their renovation budget is so much more substantial than on many other shows and they walk away with much less profit… refreshing.
