You are the best so beautiful from Algeria
People…listen to Tarek…make money.
These episodes have to be super old. Real estate has gone way up in southern CA and homes like this are selling at $875 and up now.
Wow those trees in the backyard are gorgeous
Edit: oh no they ripped out all the beautiful trees during the remodel –_–
Good for them! Glad they made their money back, but they're basically back to square one after paying family back.
They got lucky with the offer this time.
They did a good job, but I wonder about that vast laminate wasteland. Why so much unused/unusable space?
So even if they don't know what they are doing they still can make a big profit because the housing market is so insane right now. That's lucky for them
When it comes to the world of investing, most people don't know where to start. Fortunately, great investors of the past and present can provide us with guidance
That mans wife is stunning.
Tarek has done this so long and definitely knows his stuff but he was being more snobby than usual in this one
Good thing they stuck to the price
This has got to be scripted because there's no way any body in their right state of mind would invest that amount of money with out research
Just wondering why they thought they could do it all for $30,000
GREAT NEWS! So happy they SOLD it. No short cuts, it doesn't work….
2:04 Im not in their area but I believe the shrub on the right is a bougainvillea?? So they have thorns right
Anyway CERTAIN trees/shrubs are actually investments people will pay for mature plants because you can’t just find them at your local nursery
The average homeowner/buyer (from what I’ve seen) they make the mistake to rip everything out and start fresh mostly due to lack of knowledge but if they just take a couple minutes to learn how to prune transplant or propagate they’ll save so much…sometimes they probably end up buying plants they threw away lol
From my own understanding, you need to invest wisely, if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $470k in raw profits from just q4 of the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy. mutual funds takes a while but investing wisely is the key for short term. Most of us pay more attention to the easy position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.
Mila, is that you?
woww
Listen to Tarek he can help you.
The lady is soooooooo hot .
