Really really really nice one of the best ones
They should not have taken out the topiary in front of the house, and as usual the tile choices are disastrous in every room. I’m glad they left the arches, though.

Why are you not unbuilding in a historic home, unless it had termite damage. But fudge this is wasteful. Beautiful historic tiles etc. Grrrr why would you let someone do that. For speed you lose value and care.

Beautiful! It's so nice to see them in light spirits and laughing, teasing and having fun with the project. Rather than the usual arguments, and tension. Great job Tarek and Christina!

No I don't like,like it more before like the kitchen more before it had a special charm I don't understand why sometimes they don't leave something authentic if the house why every house it must look similar.
There's still a chemistry between them that allows filming the show together. Before they had gotten divorced I was rooting on them to reconcile.

The original landscaping – trees/foliage matched the era and offered privacy & should have paid more attention and money on the tile throughout. Painting the wood ceiling – huge error
Disappointed they didn’t repurpose the original tiles from the archway shelves & the front landscaping was perfect before, the cool topiary bush at front could’ve been shortened to show off the window instead if necessary
