  1. Please employ a salvage person to identify materials that can be reused vs destroyed in demo. That way you'd unbuild & save materials you just cannot get anymore. The quality was much better back then.

  2. wow this house its beautiful. I love the flash back in
the kitchen it really blends in with the whole kitchen.

The swimming pool came up really nice.
    Bathrooms so nice.

One thing I have noticed is NO TV which is
a good thing. It would be nice to see an office
room in a home if they can add one in.

    Beautiful home love it!

    Well done Christina & Tarek
    Love Australia

  3. So if they sold for original comp value of 750k, they would have only made 25k for all their efforts. Thank goodness the market went up… if any dip in market they would have been screwed, goes to show how dangerous flipping homes is.

  4. House came out absolutely gorgeous. I would of just painted the door a different color to give it a pop maybe a red, and I would have installed a native landscape instead of grass

  5. I have a question. Knowing every house can always have a make over. My concern is the pipes. When they do make the house nice all do they change the pipes too? Cause Incase something goes wrong due to the pipes that’s a huge money to spend.

  6. Sales commissions are HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Ridiculous, 6% loss to seller, who probably had to work YEARS for that amount, taken in one swell foop. End this crime syndicate real estate industry, sell your house yourself and hire a LAWYER to help and you'll save tens of thousand$.
Also, all this gray and white upon gray and white with a touch of wood with open floor everything will become even more cliche than orange shag carpet. Sure it looks good all clean and staged, but IRL can't even leave out a coffee cup without it spoiling the look of the entire main part of the house, plus one does need window privacy. Those shutters probably served a purpose, they are very expensive, could've been painted. If the market weren't so frenzied, these expensive changes would never fly.

  7. Put a few small, high windows in the bath rather than remove the windows entirely. It looks too sterile otherwise.

The white 'fence' in back should have been painted black for contrast. It's too ugly to keep white…
