I think it was smart to create a big pantry that can serve as storage in this not so large house. everything was very classy and the reactions of the owners were really generous.. Dave and Jenny were really happy with that

I want see their dressroom. If there are no space to make up and hair. she can do it thier bathroom. so maybe no need two sink.
You know they need to realize ppl live in their homes and they are not just for design this looks so uncomfortable I mean it’s totally stiff like a bachelor/bachelorette pad doesn’t look like a home for a couple

Why did this couple buy this house since there is NOT one thing they like in the entire house………
They spent $100,00 to change things that did not need to be "fixed" ……. Moving the front door was pointless. Changing the nice looking flooring was a waste of time and money, The shower is nice. Hope there is another bathroom with a tub for resale……..
Outside space was nice.
$100 K is too much for a small house. That's the sum usually spent on fixing larger homes on HGTV where designers remodel homes of about 400-600 k, and with this budget could of have included an addition, such as making the kitchen/living room bigger and spacious, since they have so much land, and also remodel the patio.
The kitchen island and table look awkward…should have made a bar instead in the kitchen, and then include a normal dinning set. The living room should not be right off the entrance door.
It looks like an apartment more than a villa or a home. But maybe because this is just for show.

There's a floor vent at the entryway of the house. That is just wrong, lol.
There is some type of interference with the videos connected to this. Close to the end is some type of gaming action.

What was wrong with the floors? They are getting rid of hardwood floors but keeping the bedroom carpeting?
It's all beautiful, but the dog bonuses weren't very practical. The dog will not be able to use the drawer. Lol. It's still an awesome house and they can use the drawers for something else. Loved the tile in the shower!!
