  1. This doesn’t give me MCM vibes. The planter above the window is weird. How are the plants supposed to get any sun? And I don’t know why the homeowners wanted to keep that bathroom tile. It’s nothing special—you can get it at Lowe’s for $2/sqft. Meanwhile, I wonder if he’s out of the closet yet.

  2. I like the kitchen tile. The dog bed was a good idea in my opinion because the dog has his or her own spot especially when guests or family come over.

The pocket door for the bathroom was a good idea because that saves space.

  3. Great job!! Love the table and chairs! I found it interesting that I just watched another Reno show and that kitchen had different flooring as opposed to the rest of the living room…..they ripped EVERYTHING out to install new flooring that’s all the same. I love the tile you put in.

  4. I love the kitchen herring floor except that it divides to the wooden floor in front of back sliding door and it doesn't look symmetric, it bothers me ever time I would open that sliding door to go to the yard……

  5. $785 for a dog's "bed", it's really wasting money. I paid £400 for 1500 sprung mattress, double bed for my son's bed, never in a million years would think of wasting such amount of cash on a dog's bed.
