So pretty! Not sure I would want a photo that big in my bathroom though, sounds like it would come down easy at least.
We have been doing renovations ourselves…..a couple of seniors……1950’s house, removed a wall between kitchen and living room, new flooring throughout those two rooms, all new bottom cabinets, tiling backsplash, painting….and we are so proud to have done it ourselves!!

Not my style but glad they are happy. I would want to change the couch and maybe include a play toy or swing set for the child when older.
Why do designers have to use stupid wall paper. It’s just so ugly. Doesn’t matter what paper it makes me cringe every time

The bathroom photo would be embarrassed when time goes on like old big wedding frame. And Do they need extra chairs in the narrow path way? and the plant pot left TV should remove for safety of their baby and dog. I think designers can't stand empty spaces. She let the plant even at the shower room.
I know this isn’t about this episode but I have been recently diagnosed with a change in my life I will now be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life as of now I am living in my family room hey don’t go outside I can’t go room from the room because this house is not made for wheelchair just wondering if you could give me some suggestions about how to live in my house and be able to go outside I really don’t want to spend the rest of my life in my family room I’m on a budget because of this diagnosisSome suggestions would be great I love your show have a great day

It felt so old designed for me
I would have switched the pergola and the bowling lane. Cozier corner and no chance of anyone driving through that brick wall, it happens. Really nice renovation.
I think it's pretty selfish to "reclaim" the entire backyard as an adult space. When you live in California you spend a huge amount of time outside because of the beautiful weather. If you have a nice big yard like that, you should make it a place for your kids. Or at least a place where they can also be & be comfortable playing in.
The bathroom finished to the double of the estimated cost, if ı was owner of the house, i would be definetly very angry
