Seriously?? You just cut off the video at the halfway point? Why??
We started with a mobile home! Its all relative; less money in, less money in your pocket (we made $20k for each house). The biggest miscalculation we made at first was how long it would take us.
Half of his flippers ignore a lot of his counsel. The money and time that is waisted is amazing. The second season he takes more control.
Wish Tarek had been a little more compassionate to them and offered to help figure things out. They already knew they were lost in the situation.
This hurts to watch. They are learning some expensive lessons.

Why ask Tarek advice if not follow it?..what a disaster! I love to see the rest of the video.
Those people have only themselves to blame. The first mistake was not hiring a general contractor and then ignoring Tarek's advice.
why dont they just fucking listen to Tarek's advice instead of just asking for it and then ignoring it
Wow this is yet another lesson of people thinking they know better then a professional…why oh why do they not listen…very little people get the professional help they did and yet they still pissed that help down the drain
What a beautiful house, why did they take it apart? Some small updates would have been enough!

Penny wise, pound foolish. That said, what a great house with so much potential! They should have given it a quick 2 month cosmetic facelift and gotten the heck out. I hope it works out for them.
That's what happen to stubborn people who don't listen to professional advice.
But they watched television shows and it's easy.
We redid our own house and now my sisters to sell. Both took way longer than expected. We sold our house and have a buyer for the other but ugh never again.
