Boy Did You Buy a Great House
Thewhole concept of house-flipping is distasteful.
Everyone From Mumei?
680k my god
I wouldn’t mind some weed smell
What’s the kids IG ?
Probably a west coast home since it’s tiny and worth to some chumps at $680k. Lol.
Lucky he found an investor to front the money, smart move even tho investor got half the profit
What are closing costs?
How much cost
@1:04, $10,000 for the bathroom, is Tarek high? Overall, this novice made better choices than Tarek and Christina sometimes did. The kitchen was bright and the tiles not too offensive. I also note the lack of a microwave over the cooktop. Why do Americans do that because it would not be allowed in my country?
630k for 2 and a half shipping containers ? :O over-priced much ? anyway , great show , proud of the young dude
This young man is going places.
That was a beautiful flip! Love the mid century look!
Four bedrooms in 1,515 square feet? Yikes! Those rooms are small.
Remarkable transformation. The amount of work to be done was formidable.
Im a do this I just need a investor with no interest

That is R6 400 000 in South Africa you can get a lot with that money that includes 2 beautiful 3 bedroom houses
680K is still a steal for LA honestly
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road

I like it that this guy listened to suggestions, unlike the other ones (mostly women, sorry to mention)
Smart young man.
