I'm sorry, but I can't imagine trying to be this wild n' crazy if you want to sell a flip. If it's your own place that's one thing, but this is way too busy and specific for a 925ft2 house.

I mostly like it, but there are things I would change day one. The bathroom is gorgeous! The exterior is freak'n adorable.
Who’s the target buyer? Blanche Devereaux? I’d be painting over everything as soon as I moved in. The kitchen is an abomination. Should have extended those countertops into the dining nook. No dishwasher, no range hood, no upper cabinets, and it has a backsplash made of plywood—yikes. It looks like a “before” picture, tbh. I don’t know why they invest so much time and energy into these ridiculous “themes.” They aren’t going to get their money back out of the mural or the stupid headboard.

you guys could have spent $96 dollars on the peel and stick wallpaper. i dont like the headboard. if i was buying i would dormer the attic. pretty good this time around.

r u kidding me…this house is SICK! the mural alone is at least 3-4k, that chair upstairs is beyond awesome (and expensive). as a fellow interior designer (culturally far away as i m an Israeli) this place is stunning~the r some little things i would change like white wash the brown paneling upstairs (actually more in a rose-pink hue), add uppers instead of open shelves and used a round table. also, didnt see place for tv. cant wait for your next projects
