  1. Look. Low water consumption is a very bad thing. It means that it will leave everything in the bowl, your pipes will clog, and you will encounter major shit later on.

  2. 1.28 and 1.6 gallon toilets were mandated by government know-nothings. They often don't flush solid loads well and they don't push enough water down the pipes to keep things flowing further along in your home sewer system.
