TIG Welding Punisher Trailer Hitch Cover with Miller Syncrowave 210
Josh Welton of Brown Dog Welding creates a Punisher trailer hitch cover. Watch as he uses the Spectrum® 375 X-TREME™ to cut out the design and then TIG welds it together using the Miller® Syncrowave® 210. Welton also welds together two Miller-branded trailer hitch covers to demonstrate the machine’s versatility whether you’re welding stainless steel, mild steel or aluminum.

that's what's up.
Hi, I'm a student doing Fabrication and welding, we use TIG and MIG welders, MIG i have no problem with but the tig welder I can't get comfy in my hand forcing me to become a 1 inch welder, it's mainly caused by the tube connecting the machine and the welder, any tips?
awesome video. i make some sick hitch covers as well. very nice
Great idea! I own the 375 X-Treme. Miller is the best really. My only gripe is that Miller always has that irritating background "Music" going on throughout the entire video driving me nuts. If One needs background music to keep their attention, then they probably don't have the patience to be a good welder anyhow.
You should always Tack in the middle and then start from the middle and Wrap your corners.
Nice tip: Need an honest opinion, I'm looking at either ESAB EMP 215ic or a Millermatic 200 or even Miller Syncrowave 210… I only have room for "ONE" welder, but Need it to weld Heavy-Duty backhoe buckets and I need to weld a 12,000LB winch to my car-hauler Trailer as well as tie-down loops, and I have an aluminum boat that got smashed on the rocks and I want to fix the leaks, and do railings on steps and trailer, and now maybe even build a trike or Hot-Rod from the frame up, and Tube guards and racks for my side by side Quad and pickup trucks as well as 10,000LB+ trailer hitches and exhaust pipes and everything in between… So, if you can only have "ONE" welder in your whole shop that you will have to take out to the middle of no-where to weld on a Heavy Duty backhoe and farm equipment, that works on both 110+220V in the price range of these what would you have?? (is there another one I've over looked?) Also can the Miller 210 cables interchange with the Millermatic 200?? As a friend has just got the Millermatic 200 and I want to make sure if I get the 210 and I'm welding on a Sunday after Church and the gun breaks down, I want to be able to call him and have him bring over his gun to finish the job, instead of having to either wait a week to order one on line or even waiting for the next day to drive 30 miles each way into Vegas to try to find another one… Anyone that have one of these or have used these please let me know of any drawbacks on any of these… I need to know asap as the Rebates end this week on the Miller units…Thanks for your help!!
