This is part #3 of 3.
I show a kitchen remodel in a small condo.
If you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen, I cover some the basic work you will need to do.
I changed out the cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, dishwasher, electric stove, hood vent and refrigerator.
I changed the GFCI outlets, added an outlet and moved a light switch.
In this group of videos, I show an overview of the project. If you want detail on the individual work, I have most of the videos on the channel.
If you are looking to improve your home or turn an investment property, remodeling the kitchen is a great return for your time and money.

great videos, thanks!!!
Hope it was helpful. Thanks
Good job! Can you tell us how much money did you spend?
Thanks
It would be so much easier if you pre install sink fixture and drains before installing new sink., Husband 30 years in building and remodeling homes.
Just a few grand? Shoot. I don't even need to replace the stove. Just need to figure out a different setup of the cabinets… not enough counter top space and my sink is too small. It's so frustrating. The whole setup is stupid. Really hoping we can do it this spring.
How long did the remodel cost? And would you recommend someone with no experience to remodel it themselves?
This great! My husband who is handy with cars and not with a house may understand this. Though my kitchen has such a small counter top workspace I'm not sure if we should change our eat in kitchen and knock down a portion of a wall to make a extra counter top space and cabinets. I currently don't have a dish washer but I really need one.
I've always wondering why is there wasted space above cabinets? The space is boxed in like your video. Can that extra space bee used for more or taller cabinets? So the cabinets will reach all the way to the ceiling?
