A LITTLE FLAT REFRESH/RENOVATION (kitchen and living room)
Hello everyone! Here is a little vlog showing you guys a sneak peak into my kitchen renovation! My kitchen when I first bought the flat wasn’t bad so to speak but I’m really happy I’ve gotten a chance to put my own spin on it! I'm so surprised that there was no backsplash in the kitchen. It just gives the impression of being unfinished without it so I definitely would've added them as well. The only thing I would've done differently is to put them in subway style and have white grouting instead of the dark grey/black so that it has a more seamless look. Overall though, great refresh of the space!

The angled wall behind the mirrors and table would look really cool as a brighter accent wall. Small enough it wouldn't overtake the space, even if you went with a vibrant color.

It is a huge change! And a really positive one! We bought a new home & I can’t believe they didn’t put a backsplash in the kitchen either!! We will choose our own, but strange that they left it without!
