I love those buffalo checked drapes. Were those custom made?
All the American women on these home improvement shows have developed awful high pitched squeaky voices. Christina Anstead, Mina Hawk and Nicole Curtis are amongst the worst that come to mind. Now this woman is doing it.
Can you please provide the paint colors? Thanks!!
I dont remember watching this…good episode
Midland…my #HomeTown
Thanks !
Congratulations !
One day I hope to be blessed with a grant so I can save my grandpa and grandmas early 1900s home cause it's in bad shape. I love watching hgtv and seeing all of the renovations, yet living on $716 per month social security, it will probably fall apart before I can ever afford to fix it. When you are poor, the house suffers until it has to be tore down. I have faith that one day God will bless me with a grant to have the house fixed. Keep up the good work and May God Bless you!
Why wasn't a termite inspection done before the purchase?
One day I hope to be as excited as this lady
This lady is aggravatingly entitled. Act excited, geez!
She definitely comes across as underwhelmed…
I love me some bungalow! Nice renovation, though I definitely wouldn't have painted the exterior pale pink. Such a terrible bummer to discover things like termites or major structural damage during a renovation…UGH!
All, quick note – when you watch the full episode, this woman is just very shy, calm, low key. She may not seem as excited but that’s just her personality and it was good in some cases too because she didn’t get angry or upset as much as other people would have either. It’s not in this video clip, but when they found the termite damage, it was a huuuuge expense, over her budget, and it delayed the schedule for months, if I remember right. They called nervously to tell her, and she was very calm and she made them feel better about the whole situation, instead of the other way around. She’s just even keeled.
I love the color pallet! You use color so well and you have a refreshing look other than just grey, white and black!
Now that's a fireplace brick that I definitely would have done something else with, at least paint.
Once again they nailed it how beautiful!
Was a survey down on this house, surely that would or should have been known to the buyer. Just asking not criticizing as different countries have different ways of doing things. Enjoy the shows, thanks from Scotland
Love the paint colors inside and out. Is there a way you can give me names and where I could get the paint.
Thank you!!
Somebody needs to explain a few things here. This house was built with a crawl space Supposedly the house was inspected prior to being purchased, yet the termites were not discovered. So why was the inspection company not held responsible and forced to cover the cost? And then there were the 2 bids, $50k and $16k. The lower bid left the flooring and subfloor intact. Why was that a good idea. There was damage to the subfloor from the termites, so apparently that was ok to leave the way it was. I think Ben completely dropped the ball protecting his clients interests. This certainly does not pass the smell test
Hello. Writing from Europe here. So all the houses in the US are made of paper? No wonder they fly away like leaves in the wind….Just saying…
