  1. I like the way they opened it up. I feel like there could have been more of a subtle nod to mid-century style in a classy and classic way. It feels too busy with too many dark colours, terrible flooring, a hodgepodge of pattern and finishes.

    And again they demo reusable wood cabinets. BOO! And Tarek is acting thin skinned at about 3:04. The price quote to redo siding? How about put in the windows?

  3. This floorplan felt squirrely before when you went into the living and kitchen area. The accent fence by the front door is wonky. Weird entry/kitchen relationship when you look at it from the living or dining room…

    Dining area staging is meh.
