Have a slight problem. Following full instructions carefully, my fitting leaks. The lower portion under the basin although fully tightened still leave movement and slight gaps from which the water leaks. Looks like the threaded collar does not have enough threads to continue tightening. Any resolution???? Please.

hello grohe i bought exactly the same waste drainage system in turkey but the problem is my sink is flat there is no expanding tube-like thing and i cannot fix upper set top with botto since it will be too loose how can i fix this case. thanks and best regards. please advise me .
sorry but this model is not good only locking nice working nooooo bs…. im plamber so i tell hem ok by
