I really LOVE these instructional videos, i.e. how to remove kitchen cupboards… The reno shows "demo" quite violently. Even if I don't want to "reuse" anything, I still don't want to be taking a sledgehammer and tearing up things in my kitchen! Thanks!

How do I remove the backslash when one sheet of laminate was used for counters to backsplash?
But how do you dispose of the countertop after removal?????
Just what exactly needed without all the non essential commentary. I am updating my kitchen and reselling my old one (they're in good shape – hate to rent a dumpster and throw away good usable cabinets). I will definitely apply the tips from this video.
