Why are people so focused on the clothes washer hoses? What about the supply tubes to your sink and toilet?
I would recommend putting in a battery water alarm under the sinks…I got that from the TWIN HOME EXPERTS channel. check it out, their great>

Tsk tsk on the drain under the sink. One drain can siphon water out of the other drain.

Does anyone feel like Richard should be leading this with Kevin?
How about faucets that have integrated, non-replaceable stainless braided hoses? Replace the faucet every 3-5 years?
