  1. You don't need to sand if you use chalk paint. A good cleaning and primer is good enough. After finishing the painting, you can seal it with a Topcoat.

  2. Nice. Your bathroom is exactly like mine wxept the floors and my vanity top is white tile. I will be painting vanity too and framing the mirror. I just don't know what to do with the vanity top yet?
