This is a very useful project and easy to make .. Please dont use only 1 transformer because u will get a current about 600 Amps and the 15.8 volts as usual so when u will weld metal your welding rod will glow red and there wont be enough spark also so u cant welding, by adding another transformer in series the current drop to 250 Amps and a voltage of 31.3 V and its good to weld … make sure you guys use same size of transformer and the the average turn of winding in a transformer is 16-20 turns
