– under-sink water filter, typically comes with necessary fittings, tubing and connectors
– teflon tape, used to seal threaded fittings
– plumber’s putty, used to seal faucet to sink deck

Tools for How to Install an Under-Sink Water Filter:
– pliers, two pairs for tightening connections
– adjustable wrench, used for tightening compression fittings
– plastic tubing cutter, used to cut _-inch plastic tubing
– drill/driver, used to screw filter housing to inside of cabinet

  1. 00:58 I hate when plumbers use channellocks with teeth on hex head fittings, its a major pet peeve of mine. Is it really too difficult to use a crescent wrench? I mean you already got the one sitting right in front of you that you used for the supply line…
