  1. My problem with these is that usually, including this video, it implies that the water coming out of this is good healthy water. But it's not, this is a simple solution for when you have a serious issue with your water. But the water coming out is not good, it's pure. Water is a major source of vital minerals and metals, and should ideally not be "pure", if it is then you need to get them from other sources.

  2. Pure H20 implies distilled water, which one should not drink. He should have cautioned her about waiting for for the tank to fill then dumping the tank full of the water and NOT drinking it. Also, if you are in an area with high water bills (Monterey Peninsula, based on consumption) and non-existent summer rainfall, you might not want to throw away that much water. I ran the dump line under and out of my house, about 30', to two large rain barrels, one flowing into another, which hold the water for me to use on my back garden. The plants love the extra minerals and I save about 50 gallons a week.

  3. I have a Apec RO90 Reverse Osmosis system it has a 4 gallon tank. In the manual it says it takes about 2-3hours to fill the tank. I noticed faucet never stops, water trickles endlessly after 1 hour. Is this normal? wouldnt faucet stop after the tank is emptied since it takes a while to fill the tank/filter water?

  4. If your wife is still addicted to buying water bottles, do a blind water test. Give her 4 ounces of name brand water, filtered water, and regular tap water and see if she can taste the difference between the 3

  5. Great Video! We have a American Plumber WRO-3500 system and a 5 Gal. Tank. The tank was about empty in the morning after filling all night. Checked the water going into it and it's drops and not a flow or stream of water. What is the normal flow into the tank coming from the system? we just changed all filter, so they're all brand new. Is there another issue or blockage causing this? If so, where? Thanks!

  6. I want to install a non-RO water filtration system with an alkalizer (similar to a countertop unit) to my refrigerator water line for filtered water and ice. Will this produce good results, and is the filter that’s installed in the fridge still necessary?
