How to Clean and Prevent Soap Scum on Shower Doors

Learn how to clean soap scum off of your shower door and prevent it from returning. This project is for anyone who can’t stand looking at their grimy shower doors. We share how to use vinegar and baking soda to clean soap scum and hard water stains off of glass shower doors. Then we use a common automotive product to prevent this hazy film from coming back.

  1. Adding baking soda to the vinegar increases the pH essentially making a smelly abrasive rendering the vinegar obsolete. Try vinegar in a spray bottle works just as good I'd not better then wait and wipe clean.
