Demonetized for being insensitive to the hillbillies.
Awesome video, thanks for the info. Def my favorite you tube handyman
I run a drain cleaning and plumbing business. I have a ridgid K-7500 drum machine an inspection camera, hydro jet machine and a floor drain machine as well. I live in a rural community and most people don’t have a lot of money. I started out my rates low at $35 an hour to build a client base. I was in some of these people’s houses fixing things that these high dollar plumbers did not fix right and wouldn’t return the customers calls about and one plumber here charges $125 an hour plus has an extremely high mark up on parts and I have had to come in and fix his screw ups and he is booked up for months. I looked at some of the bills he gave people and I’m sure it made Satan blush. So i came to the hard realization that I need to raise my rates and get over my niceness because this $125 an hour plumber is financially raping people and is still staying busy and people pay it.
The fact you charged someone $100 to replace a J-Bend is ridiculous, almost highway robbery.
Well I'm from Mississippi and watch your videos all the time. Probably watched 8 of them today.
Good job
what size city would this work best in
Holy cow..that was easy $1k..
Where was this piece of doo house located that sold in 2018 for $614k…2 bd/only 1 bathroom…….that's horrible…and that is wow….I live in Los Angeles and that sounds right for LA, higher priced neighborhoods to get that….doesn't matter b/c the Iranians will just tear it down and build a mauve colored Tehran approved mini mcmansion with half circle driveway and gaudy crap……….with Maseratti's in driveway lol…while every other home remains a typical SFR tract home built in the 60's lol….with Nissan Altimas in the driveway LOL…Welcome to North Hollywood Ca.
