Beautiful work Jake, but ya kinda went about this one wrong. It's time to take up metal casting! You could have poured these in cast iron and milled to spec. Would have take you 1/4 of the time and you could have milled me out a set at the same time.
That shape looks familiar. Try my Mega squares next time. That will really test your skills. Jason
