Want to see the full interior of a 7,000 sf house…
Love the wallpaper for the dining room. Love the kitchen wall tile, along with a "star" wall tile used in a kitchen on a previous episode. Think her intuition for chosing slightly primitive, beautifully graphic tile is unerring on these two. I want them for myself. Really nice.
Glad you dumped the den tile, and kept the bookcase.
I’ve been watching a lot of Erin’spired videos here on youtube and I really like it a lot. Not sure if this is the a snippet of an entire show but I just noticed that Blake and Amanda just keeps on agreeing to Erin’s design choices. I’m not saying they are bad or anything I just find it so weird that they are always on the same page. Being an artist/ designer and worked with other designers often times we don’t see eye to eye and one would suggest other ideas. Or atleast play devil’s advocate.
The porch change and the upstairs deck/balcony for the win on this house.
I love the blue in the kitchen and the grey bookcase against the white walls.
That guy is too hot to live in grannies house
Should've whitewashed the brick outside the home like the fireplace for a dramatic improvement…
I appreciate the make-over shown of this gigantic residence but much prefer the episodes featuring your creative restoration of smaller craftsman houses.
Love the wallpaper and the blue in the kitchen and on the big bookcase. Love the added porch above the front door and the square posts, too!
Love the dark wood flooring, also!
Happy you kept the brick feature in the kitchen, absolutely love that, and the white quartz countertop, too!
You did a fantastic job of keeping the integrity of this house…to begin with I gasped and thought "oh gosh, changing the front to look youthful and playful…yuk " BUT you made it look really amazing. The dining room wallpaper is just incredible …. the kitchen and den are so inviting. Love love the colourings….just brilliant you guys !!
Erin'spired is so awesome they have inspired me and open up my imagination and i been doing them and doing DYI videos will be uploading them soon on my page Joes Construction llc
Thanks for showing us the house
Erin and Team did an amazing job on this house. I've been binge watch "Home Town" for the past month and Erin and Ben have become my favorite couple. I'm not a big fan of light blue, but it works on this house! "Great Job!"
Just when I didn't think it could get any better, Erin and Ben deliver every time! Just so warm and beautiful!
love seeing this house being given a new personality! that dining room wallpaper is gorgeous, and i loved the kitchen glow up too 🙂
Erin, and of course your team are doing great! Please come over to the Netherlands..! Why do you put the books 'backwards' on the bookshelves…??
Wasn't sure at first. Wow! It's lovely!
Wonderful ideas, suggestions, and inspirations.
Amo o trabalho da Erin.
This home is a winner! I'd be in tears of joy and thankfulness if it were mine. ♥️
where can i buy this tile?
Still looks like old people live there. Don't care for the color of the awning with the color of the shutters.
Love the kitchen
Loved the redo….not sure the front entry was that bad…considering the interior was dated I can’t imagine the bathrooms didn’t need an update more than the front entry.
Love Erin and her designs was not crazy about this 1 though. It just missed the mark for me. BUT it wasnt for me….and I still love Erin!!
7,000 sq ft. for a three-person family? They will be sorry having to keep that place u; the cleaning, the maintenance, the cost of utilities!! This is the voice of experience speaking here. I DO love that the grout is brick-colored…BRILLIANT!!
Does anyone know where I can get those blue & white tiles in the kitchen? Loved them and want to use in my house. Your help is much appreciated.
I always love everything Erin does, but I was surprised the brick wasn't changed. A German schmear both inside and out would have taken away that formal look she mentioned, would have brought it into this era, and would have been much softer. Bummer about that. It would have made a massive change.
Erin and Ben congratulations !
I loved everything except the god awful wallpaper in the dining room.

It would be nice if they listed the paint colors that were used
I was actually digging that wallpaper, especially once the design was done!
I love so many of the ideas and the execution always seems to be excellent, but Amanda has become the Karen Collins of these videos. If you're going to question some of your own ideas (which is a logical thing to do), please stop congratulating yourselves on your choices.
I do love your style. I haven't seen one element that seems to be put there just for staging. This house looks like a home.
The kitchen wall tile looks dirty.
