  1. Is this some sort of joke? No prep on hot rolled steel, welding over porosity, poor fit-up, welding with a contaminated tungsten, saying that you can't MIG weld thinner than 1/8", saying that you can't clean your material for TIG and you have to use -6 filler?? What?? You have broken every single basic rule for TIG welding and you call yourself a "TIG expert"? You can't even weld together a basic smoker. This is ridiculous.

  2. he is not a pro he knows the basics you get porosity from removing your filler rod from the shielding gas he's dabbing the rod pulling it in and out of the shielding gas causing contamination of the puddle you need to walk the torch cup over the filler rod and base metal keeping oxygen from getting to the puddle and filler rod watch a pipe welder weld stainless steel the only time you dab a filler rod is when you weld aluminum or welding with oxygen and acetylene to control your heat

  3. please learn the basics of welding before you spew bad info off.."cant mig 16 gauge" wtf? and not cleaning at all before tig welding?? no wonder your a "self" proclaimed expert lmao

  4. It's encouraging to see even an experienced welder can get porosity from time to time. It would have been so easy just to cut that out of the video. Good on ya Mr T. Thanks for the honesty.

  5. As many things that were wrong with basically the entirety of this video, it's the first one I could watch fully through with "Mr. Tig", because it's the first time I've not seen him come across as extremely arrogant.

  6. Mr. TIG creates the slowest videos out there. About half of the video is him saying what he’s going to do. Here’s a tip: just do it and then voice over explaining it. What ever you need to do, just pick up the pace!
