This video covers a DIY Welding Cart Build I did with the HTP Pro Pulse 200, which is a Pulsed Mig Welder, using MIG lap welds, MIG Fillet welds, and MIG outside corner welds. I use only a handful of clamps, tape measure, a square, a 4.5″ grinder/cutoff wheel and the new HTP Pro Pulse 200 to weld it up.

The people over at HTP sent me a Pro Pulse 200 Mig welder to demo. In this video I build it a nice custom welding cart. I built the welding cart using only the PP200, a 4.5″ grinder/cutoff wheel, Tape measure and a square.

This video shows that it is possible to get into fabrication with minimal tools and still make nice projects!
