Very cool, about to make this! Question – why was that mesh necessary if you have the plastic on top of it anyways? seems that if you made the spacing between the boards a little less you would end up with less sagging anyways. The mesh looked like a major PITA to work with

Hi, did you paint the wood? Did you use a transparent coating?
Where did you get that glue bottle?
Is the plastic drop cloth recommended if you're planning on using the garden bed for an organic vegetable garden? I don't want to add anything that may leech toxic chemicals into the veggies.
Everyone should stop hating, yes he has an awesome shop, and I am sure he worked really hard for all of those tools. You absolutely could build the same boxes with just a miter saw and a drill however if diy or woodworking is something you intend to pursue as a hobby or business you need to accept that it will require you to buy some tools beyond the rusty saw and hammer your grandpa gave you when you were 12. In the meantime stop hating on this guy for having the shop we all wish we had.
