Perfect! A cute yard, room for a future wife, and starting a family, and he'll be glad of the fireplace come winter. His wife will also be happy with a place to garden, and kids to play. No worries about balconies, either. However, if it were just myself, the first one would have been my choice.
Rotterdam is one of the most advanced cities in Europe, in terms of architecture it's one of the kind too modern city and u can't go wrong living there or in any big city in Netherlands……most of people chose to live far from the city center because its not really far,u can just use bicycle for transportation. Amsterdam is romantic,rotterdam is young and active different atmosphere.
