Affordable small house build
In this episode we get the exterior sheathing put up and construction of the roof is starting. House wrap is installed in this video as well as the bolts to secure the walls to the foundation. You can see the tubs /shower I will be using for this build. All interior framing is done, next is the roof / rafters

I don't use osb to wrap a house anymore I go straight to metal siding. Saves time and money. Then I spray foam directly to the metal on the inside after running electrical and plumbing. Fast build times. I see no point in the osb it literally does nothing.

osb and house wrap are shit. osb and ply wood cost the same now. Just get plywood. I'm the guy That fixes that rotten osb and plastic shit 10 years later!
I really want to build a house this size but all the subdivision around say you have to build a 2000sqft + house. I can’t stand it.
