I use a repurposed harrible freight sand blasting booth and purge the air out with a shop vac, (a few pinches of magnesium powder in a grounded (contact) ceramic lamp insulator to start a test arc, when the magnesium doesn’t ignite, the titanium won’t because theres no oxygen. I use this for stainless because the fumes are sucked out of the shop

  2. Dear sir as a beginner like me, i just want to know what should we use to weld titanium..?? I mean the tungsten, filler rod and etc..hope you can explain here. Tq

  3. I don't see the hole everyone is talking about in the comments, if your talking about that black spec it's a lack of reflecting light on a curved surface.
