Abe has got a DIY project he wants to show y’all! It is a stainless steel exhaust for a ’73 Scout. He will be using the TIG welding process and the dabbing technique!

Purging isnt essential for a lot of work, this being one of them
Owns a huge shop but doesn't have a belt sander or purge caps? Don't sand it anyways. Just clean with acetone really well. If you have to sand it only do the width of your weld. That way it's covered up. Keep a 70-80 degree angle to your pipe as you travel. As you were welding the torch angle went from 80 to 70 t0 60 down to 40 degrees or so. .
Let's say i wanted to build a trubo manifold & need to weld some sch 10 304 ss to some mild steel, what shielding gas would be best?
