Houses today are built like trash. You can break in through the wall Builders use foam insulated boards instead of plywood.
Pine wood framing A 2×4 isn’t truly 2×4.
Framers work hard but they aren’t building houses to last anymore. For what you get today. It should be $20 a sq foot.
At 20to50 per hour, 1 block per 2min, 30 blocks per hour, thats 30ft per hour. 20 to 50 $ hr per 30ft (10m) line of blocks…
Up 1ft per block, 10 block lines high, thats $200 to 500 per 10by30ft (3×10m) wall. And 300 blocks cost.

Concrete bought per metric, can divy to 10cm thick slabs, therfore 10sq m per metricb$. (Pure concrete, no filler).
100m sq = 10metric$.
+ labour.
Labour at 20 to 50 per hour. 5 to 20 min per m sq, is 3 to 12 msq per hour, is $2to10.40 per meter sq. (200 to 1k, per 100m sq)

I am a contractor and I build my own work and I only charge between 65 to 95 dollars a square foot and sometimes I'm happy to work overtime, so $20 a square foot I don't think so
