I dont get it, why TIG any of it if your just going to squirt weld most of it? Why arent you using a sand blasting cabinet instead of spending all that time sanding? Sanding can not even cone close to giving paint a bomb proof bond and metal prep for welding it plus it saves a ton of time. For someone who is one hell of a TIG welder your learning on metal prep is lacking monumentally.
Your weld have always been top notch. But, this bumper design, though!
