Sheet Metal Box & Pan Brake Tutorial – Grizzly Brake in my home shop
Creating a 22 gauge sheetmetal box from scratch. Video tutorial includes cutting the sheetmetal template and bending the pieces on my 24″ Grizzly Box & Pan brake.

Good quality sheet meta box making, if mass production, can try roll former.

Wow, what a flash back. I remember watching your videos when I bought my first lathe. I remember writing our own code for parallel ports and how exhausting the stepper motor drivers were to design and build. Time flies when your having fun!
How many toes do you have left? I'm one for doing things barefooted but sheet metal and other hand holding a camera…… Doh
Bare feet, no safety glasses, using calipers as a scribe…Nice!
Why did you not show bending the last two sides? Those are the most interesting part of the operation. If it is because you struggled? It's okay if you did struggle as it a learning experience for both you and the viewer.
