  1. Only thing I don't like is the paint job. the distressed or antiqued style always looks dingy to me. Not that you didn't execute the technique well, because you did. it's just . . . I guess it's becoming sort of a cliche style. I love everything else. Thank you for sharing with us.

  2. Usually inexpensive looks tacky, but thst backsplash and the whole thing looks nice.Details eould be nice what did you do w backsplash in looks textured like you painted over paper bags. Who installed you wood floor.

  3. I've seen contact paper on u tube and Rachael Ray where they made it look like granite or white marble. On Rachael Ray it surprisingly looked real Rachael even commented on it. Might be good for a b bathroom at least. There's also a stainless steel cover for fridge, dishwasher.
