I am thinking about building a similar sideboard myself, as I am a intermediate and have not built such a board i am thinking about going to a shared workspace but dont know how much time i would need to rent it for… could you say on how many working hours you approximately needed for this piece??

  2. Love your discourse at the end concerning client perspective of pricing. I'm a retired Architect and full time woodworker/luthier. As an Architect I pretty much hated clients, except the super sophisticated institutional clients that know what professional services cost. I don't have enough fingers to count the times lay-folk would start the conversation with "How much you charge for blueprints?"…anyway thanks for an insightful video and nice inspiration watching your calm work flow!

  3. Tip for the hole in the back you need to drill for blum slides – rather than buying a jig or doing a bunch of measuring, just set the drawer on the slides and press/hit it back against the little tabs. They'll leave an indent and then you know exactly where the hole needs to go
