Thank you for this really informative video. My fan is so noisy that I can’t stand another day with it. I’m 62 and I’m not afraid to try it. I have done other electrical work, and it’s not as hard as you think. You’ll feel good when you do it yourself, only if you feel that you can.
Really? That’s how you waterproof the vent on the roof?
A pro roofer will remove the shingles and install ice and water shield membrane at least six inches overlapping the sides and the top of the vent.
They do that for a reason, and that reason is a LEAK!
