How to Install Wainscoting | DIY Board and Batten
How to Install Wainscoting for a DIY Board and Batten look. I installed this wall treatment in my small laundry room to freshen up the look. This is a pretty easy DIY project that can be done very cheaply with just some MDF, paint, caulk, and spackle. This is the first of several laundry room remodel projects I’ll be taking on this year.

I wish i can marry a man like you, who can create all the good things i want at my home
In a living room or dining room, yes. Laundry room, no. Not practical for cleaning.
MDF on the floor in a wet room like a laundry. Hmmm. Cant see that not swelling. Why couldnt you just use pine.
Great video! I thought it was really first time user friendly!
Looks awesome man, very cool. Might try use a treated dressed timber instead of MDF in case of any moisture being the laundry? no joints either
LOL….You finally addressed the area that disturbed me throughout ..the FLOOR…. Room looks GREAT…..
I would like to do that in my house. But I'm only renting that. Can I put that down without destroying the wallpaper?
Just a note for people that this is board and batten paneling, not wainscoting.
