This time I'll use woodprix instructions to make it myself 🙂
I am really sure you can build it yourself mates. I made it 2 weeks ago thanks to woodprix website.
so i made it too . just by using woodprix woodworking plans 🙂
I made it myself. Just go to woodprix webpage if you'd like do the same
lots of prix from wood on here lol
Just to clarify It is a Wickes deck.?? not sure I heard it said enough times.
surely fibreglass matting to tank the floor is far better?
I would have used a tanking solution rather than tile adhesive especially for the jointing tape areas. This system by Wickes is good but tanking lets it down.
I'm doing this without a Wixdek. Should I just skip to step 23?
We fit wetrooms every month, i must say this is an overcomplicated way of tanking a wetroom, especially using tile adhesive to stick down the tanking tape, as tiling adhesive is not fully waterproof. Using a tanking slurry or solution is a much easier, tidyer and more secure waterproof solution. although this video gives a solution to tanking a wetroom, this is by far not the easiest way, especially if its being done DIY.
