  1. Should always put valves in for gauges and leave them shut unless reading the gauge, asking for a problem when the gauge gives and nobody's home.

  2. Would this fix what I believe to be my City's water pressure fluctuating? My suspended pipes under my house go to dancing for several minutes, several times throughout the day and middle of the night. Occasionally, the dancing goes for hours; but if I go shut off the water from the City, it stops instantly.

  3. I went to the plumbing supply store and asked for the parts to the demonstrated set up with two pressure gauges and they called me retarded. However this was a helpful video, installed the pressure reducer today and just checked the water pressure on the water hose spigot.
