  1. 02:15 Tommy "I want to put the door on a flat and level surface"
Homeowner "whats that surface gonna be made out of?"
Tommy "Cement, did you have something better in mind?"

  2. I wouldn't call this a particularly old house. I have seen where people have put sliding glass doors in old houses, such as Queen Anne or Greek Revival, and the architectural result is disastrous, totally UGLY. Please don't insist on installing incompatible elements that mar the beauty a house.

  3. This house will be so much easier to break into now. Especially with it well hidden from the street.
“Here’s the keys to your new door” – a keychain screwdriver.

  4. I love these, but I wish they'd get the home-owners some PPE. I was cringing watching her swing that 10lb sledge with those plimsoles – jeez !!

  5. Was anybody else concerned that they were sledgehammering the concrete away with the new door within feet of them? Move it, or at least cover it up so pieces of concrete don’t fly into the glass.

  6. Ok I would just like to say that that inactive door can easily be unscrewed and taken off I hope there was something to cover up those screws or I would have put the doors with the one that slides on the outside

  7. So no mention of a header above the door and I guess we're just counting on oozing silicone to secure the top nail flange instead of nailing it so Tommy boy didn't have to do any more shingle repair .

  8. was something wrong with the stationary panel?? couldn't a thief just use a screwdriver to unscrew those brackets on top and bottom since they were external? should that panel have been on the inside??
