Micro greens are a blast! I love using them in omelets just before you fold them, and with a bunch in top. Yum! Having a dinner party with soup and salad – having a row micro greens on a lazy Susan at the table and a scissor as part of the silverware so people can cut their own is a great way to introduce folks to micro greens!
