  1. Mike, you are correct. We like to let potential clients know that when you take on a bath project in an older home (plaster included) it can significantly increase the price of project as well number of surprises.

  2. Very realistic pricing. Bathroom renovations can be much more expensive than you might first budget for. Having done 2 bath remodels and now going on my third, it always ends up costing double what I initially think it might cost!

  3. Dont skip the biggest thing in the bathroom piping. A lot of homeowners will skip this believing theres no issue with the drainage and delivery of water . If its galvanized pipes please replace dont believe any contractor and dont replace them with galvanized use copper . A lot of bathrooms are not done right either they leave the old plumbing or old electrical wires which could be a fire risk .

  4. I want walk in shower. But our bathroom is very small and tight to. I mean when you sit in the toilet the dink it right there and then there the bath tub/ shower combo. So i was wonder if a walk in shower would work in there we only one bathroom it a very small house 2 bedrooms. And how long will it take do it our only bathroom to?
