@man9170 I made a few but I sold it because I never used it. I almost got back what I paid so that's saying something. Those millers are great with a great big price tag. worth it if you are a real pro. Im not.

Freddy, awesome video. May I suggest a modification for you??? Cut off the vertical posts you welded and push them back further all the way to the angle iron on the ground. Re weld it then. Next, weld a piece of metal where you actually stand on it, thus your own body weight will keep that new tool you made stationary while pounding with a hammer. I hope I made sense.

Look into Everlast or Longevity for a good plasma cutter or TIG for a good price. The HF stuff is is way bellow par. This is coming from someone who shops at HF all the time. I have a few videos on one of the Everlast plasma cutters on my channel.

I've been toying with ideas of how to make something similar, but my welding sucks. Proper anvils have become very expensive over the past few years.
I have the HF plasma cutter. I have never tried cutting more than .25, but it cuts that like a dream!
Hey, Freddy I have the horrible freight plasma cutter and it seems to work great. I have cut thicker metal (1/2") with it.
